Our mission

Russian-speaking Student Association at Stanford brings together people who are interested in culture, history, and traditions of the Former Soviet Union countries. We have International students, students who have family relations to CIS countries, student who are learning Russian language, and also student who are just curious about slavic culture.

RSA was founded by Alexander Nezlobin in 2008.

We organize various social events:

• Get-together BBQs
• Movie night
• Music night
• Trivia game (What? When? Where?)
• Russian cuisine dinners
• National holidays celebration (Maslenitsa, Victory day, Cosmonautics day,..)

Everybody is welcome to attend, even if you don’t speak Russian!
